Rock with motivational quote and Suicide Prevention Hotline number. Painted with colors of sunrise/sunset because whether you’re starting something new or ending the suffering by getting help – it’s beautiful.
Stay Strong. This rock was painted in a pour paint pattern using yellow to symbolize caution and slowing down. A touch of blue to symbolize depression. A touch of green was used to symbolize going forward through the struggles. The semi colon on it was added as the symbol of pausing where something could end, but it didn’t. This is used in the Suicide Prevention and Mental Health arenas. This rock was meant to capture the importance of slowing down and the staying strong through the rough moments. Without that, we can’t persevere and get through to better times.
TB Personal Motto: A temporary tattoo of an anchor was applied to this rock. Colors were painted from darker to lighter as you rise up from the depths toward the light (and hope). There was a time while living with Mental Illness that I almost didn’t survive. I got help and rose from the depths of despair and now I do everything I can to not sink to that level again.
Pour painted rock. Lots of red used to symbolize the importance of stopping the belief that you have to be okay all the time. Also a written reminder. Other side of rock contains Suicide Prevention Hotline number for someone to call if they need it.
