In Anchorage, Emergency Services are provided by the Providence Hospital Psychiatric Emergency Department.
We work closely with staff at Providence to coordinate care for our mutual clients seen at Providence.
We accept crisis phone calls (907-563-1000) and walk-ins at our clinic at 4020 Folker Street during regular business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Fairbanks
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 1-888-371-1309.
Our staff answer the 24-hour mental health crisis line for Fairbanks and the surrounding communities. Staff will assess the situation via phone, and may recommend going to the Fairbanks Memorial hospital, depending on the nature of the crisis. Alaska Behavioral Health provides on-going services as needed.
We also accept crisis walk-ins at our clinic at 1423 Peger Road, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
