Adult Partial Hospitalization Program
Our Partial Hospitalization Program for Adults (ages 18 and up) is a short-term intensive therapy program for adults experiencing severe and/or persistent depression, bipolar and other mood disorders. The program includes medication management, intensive therapy and skill-building to help clients regain stability, improve quality of life, and avoid the need for higher levels of care or step-down from higher levels of care. Adult Intensive Services
Our Intensive Case Management (ICM) team works with adults who have acute mental health needs and require ongoing support. The ICM teams provide community-based evaluation, outreach, support services, advocacy, community living and problem-solving skills, and assists individuals with achieving self-sufficiency. Drop-in Center for Youth ages 13-23
The POWER Center is a peer-driven program that helps youth in the Anchorage area access mental healthcare and other supports. Daily groups help youth build skills and social connections. The drop-in center offers clothing, food, laundry and showers. Youth peer support specialists help with coping skills to address mental health stressors, employment, rental assistance, and referrals to other community resources.

Children’s Intensive Outpatient Program
Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) for children and teens is designed to provide support for youth stepping down from higher levels of care, or who are still struggling significantly with outpatient therapy. IOP is focused on supporting daily functioning through skill development, psychotherapy, and social time and follows a predictable schedule. Learn more.
