Some of our clinicians have noticed an increase in older clients reaching out for mental health services as they deal with anxiety and depression related to the COVID-19 pandemic.  The pandemic has been tough on everyone. For seniors who are considered high-risk, it may mean they’ve been isolated from family, friends and normal social interactions while they are dealing with increase anxiety about their physical health.
